Amberly Griffith

With over a decade of experience in financial services and regulatory compliance, I bring a proven track record of leadership, operational excellence, and investigative expertise to my consulting practice. My career began in retail banking, where I quickly advanced into a leadership role, managing multiple branch locations and earning top honors for customer satisfaction, profitability, and team development.
As a former Assistant Vice President at a major financial institution, I led teams through complex transitions, implemented strategic growth initiatives, and maintained rigorous compliance standards. My leadership was recognized through multiple awards, including top-tier ratings in customer service and operational performance.
Following my success in retail banking, I transitioned into financial crime compliance, serving as a Senior Anti-Money Laundering Analyst on one of the largest international money laundering investigations in U.S. history. In this role, I conducted in-depth forensic reviews, enhanced due diligence, and collaborated with federal regulators to identify and mitigate financial crime risks.
Today, I leverage this diverse experience to help businesses navigate regulatory challenges, strengthen internal controls, and build resilient, customer-focused operations. 

Garrett Griffith

I have 19 years of construction industry (largely concrete, concrete sawing, core drilling, and demolition) experience at many levels. My most recent 11 years was with a national leader & one of the top 5 demolition companies in the U.S. I’ve worked at every level—from laborer to multi-divisional management, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how to build success from the ground up. My journey has been one of continuous growth, where I’ve taken underperforming teams and built high-achieving operations, launched new divisions, and implemented strategic solutions that drive efficiency, profitability, and long-term sustainability. I thrive in leadership roles where innovation meets execution. Whether it’s developing incentive programs that elevate employee retention, fostering a culture of safety, or spearheading initiatives that optimize operational performance, I am committed to pushing the industry forward. My experience managing diverse teams and navigating complex projects has shaped my ability to solve challenges with precision and insight.
